What we handle

When you connect Claude Code or Codex through Context Mode, your requests pass through the gateway so it can fold tool output, keep memory, and check tool calls. Your own Claude or OpenAI account pays the model, and you keep that account. Context Mode keeps a searchable record of your sessions for the features you use, such as Recall and Search. Archived tool output is read back with secrets and e-mail addresses masked.

Context Mode Engine and Insight

The free Context Mode Engine runs on your own machine. Its events reach Context Mode Insight only when you connect Insight; without that, Engine data stays local to you.
